Not sure about Joe Kinney, but judging by the picture of his thumb in the book...it's probably not very small from all the manual labor he did. Big Steve has a big wrist I'd guess. I would also think Dave Morton's would be well over 8". And Clay Edgin the same...over 8". Magnus Samuelsson would of course have huge wrists. Patrik from KS doesn't appear to have large wrists.
