OldGuy
Joe, I urge you to lift the lightest of your Inch solid replicas so that you can compare it directly with what you can lift on your loadable.
Roark
OldGuy, Urge away. Indeed I have an urge, unfortunately accompanied by an inablity, to lift even the 152. I have not used my Inch practice handle in months, but have been thinking about resuming, after having painted it chrome to match the Millennium. My forearm injury has stalled my progress considerably.
OldGuy
I know the feeling. Carpal tunnel knocked me back further than my starting point. I am still not back to where I once was.
Sybersnott
Oldguy, Forgive the stupid question, but when did that happen to ya? And what happens when you lift again? I had something happen to me awhile back... when I lift heavy I feel something twinge in my upper forearm next to my elbow (this is in my left arm). I usually ignore it, but lately it's bothering me every time I lift heavy.
mobsterone
Thats a form of tendonitis. Try making usre that the arm doesn't rotate at all when the arms doing one handed lifts. Otherwise the nerve rubs over the bone and you feel it.
