Why not get into the festive mood and introduce a little grip training to this years Halloween

festivities? This is a great way to build up your sweep.  I like to call

this exercise gripper bobbing.  Instead of using your noshers to capture the

floating granny smiths (that's an apple) use a gripper!!! You'll need to use

either a 3 or a 4 to make the exercise worth while and a good workout for

the hands.  I like to do a set of about 10 explosive apple grabs with a hard

gripper.  Once you have successfully clamped one of these critters between the

jaws of your gripper, mash the #### out of it.  ####, you could also do this

with two grippers just like terminator.  This is just a rework of

brookfields gripper on a wire trick really, but more fun and the kids will have a great time too.  For a laugh you can also perform the exercise in full Halloween kit (and I don't mean

your PVC plastic pants and leather mask sybersnott).  Happy holidays!!  :D

I busted out a gripper during my halloween party. It was my weak-ass BeefBuilder Advanced.  Typical results. A few people getting it 1" away then saying they almost got it :)

Another suggestion:  crushing an apple with your hand.  Some dolt is going to give you an apple for Halloween... give it back to them as APPLESAUCE.    :p  :crazy  :hehe
