Here's the video I promised to you guys.

I hope you like it!

I made a 20 mile round to trip to a man that sells

license plates of all the states just to get that Iowa

plate. It was really devastating to recieve an e-mail

so harsh and negative like that.

A HUGE Thanks to all of you guys!!!

Stay Strong and Stay Positive!!!

Just a coupleof comments.

1) The head harness looks goofy! I've used one only once before and it is tough, but they look funny.

2) Great job on the bend, head harness, and tear all within only a couple of minutes.

3) Matt Hughes may be upset over the Iowa plate tear as well! :)

4) Only 100lbs on the harness. What a pu... I kid, I kid! Great job!

Thanks a lot guys!

I don't normally struggle that much with a 60D shiny, but with

the weight hanging from your head you can't lean forward at all

for the angle you need to get your lats involved.

IMO it takes more hand and wrist strength this way.

Also, nothing against the state of Iowa. Hopefully a lesson

to the guy who run me down.

One of my goasl this year is to tear a license plate from all

50 states.

Thanks again and stay Strong!!!

Nice work, I like it. I love how your dog comes around right at the worst moment, how do they always know? My animals would walk right under my legs with 100lbs hanging off my head, or lay down right where I was going to set it back down after.

Don't mind the naysayers, you will find the more you get ahead the more people are gonna try and rip you down, don't even acknowledge them man, it just means you are doing something right.

Thank you very much Tim!

To be honest with you, I've never had anybody tell

me something negative like that before. I guess that's

why I was so devastated. These guys don't realize how hard

we all train to do the things we do.

Stay Strong my friend!!!

Great feat of strength! Never tried a neckharness, but you can clearly see the difficulty and challange with it, especially when you combine it with bending some hard steel

Good job! Is that shiny 60d just shiny in appearance or is it stainless? If it's stainless, where did you get it?

Thanks Gumpster!

The nail is not stainless, just appears that

way from the light hitting it at the right angle.

Stay Strong!!!

cool video, i know its been said but dont take offense to people opinion, the best coach i ever had back my freshman year in college taught me that the worst thing u can do is start comparing yourself to others accomplishments you just gotta focus on what ur doing, i know it holds true for me, sometimes whe i see someone destroying my max in something i get discouraged or in your case this comment. Just stay focused on what your doing and make gains.
