Just under 3 minutes.Definetly a good challenge but still think i can go shorter !!! Vids loading on Youtube now........

Yea Paul it Funny i was trying to switch legs to ease the pain and got all confused on how the bar goes under lol........

Nice work man.

One thing I would say is if you experiment with how you position your feet you can angle them so that your leg with the end of the bar on top of your quad will flex and drive up while the under the ham leg is flexed and driving down locking the bar in. This will stop you from feeling like you are lifting your leg up when you pull, it also reduces the pain and bruising when your muscles are flexed as you drive the bar into them.
