Guest 115-1005574997
new grip lift - the spud lift have you heard about the baseball lift detailed in John brookfields MOHS? Well it's time to take this exeercise to a new level with the spud lift. Take a large baking potato and bore a hole trough the middle. Using a coach bolt with a hooked and and a washer supsend some weight from the spud. There are two stages which you have to do to get a large hoist on a spud lift. First, what I like to call the potato mash. Mash those finger through the spud. Now this is a griptactular feat in itself but you should be able to do after a few months of training. Once you have mashed the spud and got you fingers a few cm in hoist the weight. The is a great workout for the fingers and the thumb. Of course a good quality north american potato is required but once mastered you will have the grip of an ape on speed.
