Reverse curls vs. reverse wrist curls

I be a' guessin' that Reverse Wrist Curls would translate the best just because it's so close to and so connected to the hand structure.  But I'm curious.  I like doing Reverse Curls with a 2" bar, so maybe that's better.  

Whatcha think? ???

My vote would be for the reverse curls:

More weight can be used, and the upper/lower arm gets

a workout.

Would suggest wrist roller instead of reverse wrist curls

because the latter is among the most awkward exercises

available.

Really, that's kind of what I was wanting to hear, because it IS so awkward I really don't like doing them. :p

I guess that's the key to finding exercises you'll stick with, though.
