I always thought my wrist strength was nothing to talk about, because the two or three times I ever did wrist work (wrist curls, sledge work), Aaron always bested me. Perhaps that is a non-sequitur and my standard was unreasonably high. So I would say it is natural. I've only trained the wrist two or three times ever in my life, aside from bending (reverse and otherwise). (EDIT: It may be like your RT strength; you just never knew it was there until you "tapped" into it). Thanks!
