Nice!! Those are some tough reverse bends. Don't you hate it when the bar pops out of position like that!! Friggin' hurts! :blink Congrats man!! :rock

Yeah, it does hurt a bit. With a bit more practice I think I'll learn where the "sweet spot" is for maximum stability.

Do you think your wrist strength (implied from your reverse prowess) is "natural", built up from reverse/wrist curl variations, levering, or...?

I really don't know. I always thought my wrist strength was nothing to talk about, because the two or three times I ever did wrist work (wrist curls, sledge work), Aaron always bested me. Perhaps that is a non-sequitur and my standard was unreasonably high. So I would say it is natural. I've only trained the wrist two or three times ever in my life, aside from bending (reverse and otherwise). (EDIT: It may be like your RT strength; you just never knew it was there until you "tapped" into it).
