dimeisgod Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 Hey, I just got my no.2, 2.5, and 3 COC grippers. these are my first Coc grippers. I closed my 2 right out of the box but haven't opened the 2.5 and 3 yet. I'll keep em closed until I can close my 2 for 5-6 reps at least. I have the HGs 100-350.my HG200 is filed and i can close it about 8 times straight it is quite close in strength to the no.2 i received. I can close the 2 for maybe 2 times but I need to set it each time. So... Does anyone have a really good routine for progress from the 2 towards the 3? Thanks, Jonathan.
