Best Routine To Get To The #3 For The #2 ?

Hey,

I just got my no.2, 2.5, and 3 COC grippers. these are my first Coc grippers.

I closed my 2 right out of the box but haven't opened the 2.5 and 3 yet. I'll keep em closed until I can close my 2 for 5-6 reps at least.

I have the HGs 100-350.my HG200 is filed and i can close it about 8 times straight it is quite close in strength to the no.2 i received. I can close the 2 for maybe 2 times but I need to set it each time.

So...

Does anyone have a really good routine for progress from the 2 towards the 3?

i do as many MMset reps as i can. and maybe 3-5 sets of doing that. works fine for me . but need alot of recovery time to get the strength back after that

Just get stronger, simple as! ;):) ...monitor your base level and make sure it's always progressing, gives a better indication than peak. :)

open that 2.5 and start doing negs. Heavy MM singles with the 2, negs with 2.5, overcrushes with 2. 3-4times weekle.

Jonathan, You might wonna get the #3 out the package too for neg's.

Think negatives now with the no.3 will break my fingers but what the heck :)

I'm starting to get an Idea of how the routine should look like.. How many sets and reps worked for you guys?

I might be a bit biased but, check out my signature. In addition, it directly supports this community here. The server provider just increased the dedicated server costs (starting July) nearly 25% :ohmy
