Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and get it on vid tomorrow. I just finished doing some negatives with an Elite so chances are it won't happen tonight.

It didn't look taxing at all, didnt have much power shake on or anything. I suspect you will press on past the 3 with ease.

Reps on a #3

Shut a #3.5

lift inch

Improve

Rolling thunder big numbers

Lever the 20 lbs sledge

Keep MM-ing

One arm chinup

Relentless training

Pinch and other lifts must improve

Try deadlift etc...

yeah youtube definitly made the quality look like hell, even in high quality. It looks a lot clearer on my version on the computer.

I know what you mean about the Elite. I'm about that far from closing it myself.
