Wrist Roller Question

Flexors are generally stronger than extensors. So rolling to curl the wrist will be easier at the same weight as rolling to extend the wrist.

when wrist rolling, is rolling it one way harder than the other way?

Also, it depends on whether you are wrist rolling from a pronated position (palms) -vs- a partially suppinated position(ie:ironmind wrist roller or equivalent). I believe like most other exercises it is important to train a variety if possible.
