Interesting note..went out and helped-watched:) Josh Bigger do some farming over the W/E it was muddy so they were rearrangeing and adding tractor weights.Josh can hold two 125 lb tractor weights in one hand and walk with them.I'm not sure how wide each weight perhaps an inch and 1/4.Typical flat handle type(for those familiar with these things)Seems like it would be a very good test of strength? His uncle joe did it quite easily also.I failed...not even close. They showed me a hay bailing technique that they thought had made them strong when they were younger.You have a "hook/clamp" in each hand grab a haybail in each hook and throw both bails.
