toe2toe Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 Has anyone tried grasping their gripper towards the top of the gripper? Kind of like if your pointer was level with the top of the handles. I've found this to be quite a bit harder for me. Was wondering if their was any carry over. I have smaller hands (7"), so bigger hand individuals may not notice it. Also, if you do it till only your bottom two fingers are on it, it works good for doing heavy-negatives with the pinky and ring.
