luuc
Not that I bend these ( ), but just for my long term 'schedule', I was wondering what is harder to bend; 5/16" G5 or 9mm crs at the same length? (The crs I have is 9mm thick, so I don't think I should call it 3/8") Thank you, Luuc.

It highly depends on the type / strength of the CRS. I've bent 9mm CRS which was definitely easier then an edgin at the same length, but I've also seen CRS which is definitely harder But where did you find 9mm CRS? I need to get me some of those as well, they look so nice at 6" or shorter
luuc
Just the local hardware store (called Beuken, don't know if you're familiar with it?), I'll send you some pieces to try. To give you a little information; I bend them braced at about 10".

gazza
9mms 0-1 drillrod and 9mms stainless are both harder than an edgin.
