Couple Questions Please Help

1) i own KTA can i do upperbody training, like benchpress etc at the same time as KTA.

If so which should i do first while training.

2) i may be wrong but was there a lift that blog ebook available if so link please.

also is it possible to do strap holds with a filed down gripper.

Yes you can do upper body training on KTA. When I did it I trained as I usually do but dropped the thick bar stuff. From my experience it is a good idea to do your normal workout first. Things seem to go better after the body is thoroughly warmed up. It is also possible to do strapholds with the filed gripper. I think it goes over this in the e-book. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can do S/H with a filed gripper, but why would you want to?

ok thanks for the responses.

also i will have to do strapholds with a filed gripper as kta basically makes you unless you can afford to buy 2 sets of grippers.
