odin
Thanks Bob for shooting the video and posting it in your blog (5-17-2008) http://gripstrength.blogspot.com/ Well done Anson, you showed a lot of persistence. Congratulations! :rock Anson also lifted my 52.5 lb hex and 28 lb. shotput. He has a lot of fingertip strength, as evidenced by the way he lifted and held the hex so easily as well as the gap you could see between his palm and the Blob during his lift. Teemu I
Very strong blob lift. Not that it matters anything to me if you tilt the thing or not but clearly no tilt this time! Also a very nice, detailed write-up as usual Bob! Nice new vids too! Also glad to see John posting there too now. anson
Thanks everyone. Paul, the 52.5 hex is easier for me. Jedd, I'm thinking about training for the Ironmind #3 certification.

anson
Mr Sorin, thank you for the offer, it's unlikely I'll feel ready in a month though, grippers have never been my strong point. I'll see how training goes in the next few weeks. Scott let me borrow his unseasoned #3, I hope it's close to an unopened #3.
