Talk About A Wrist And Finger Workout...

I recently got a friend of mine who did gymnastics to help me start training for hand balancing and hand walking.

My wrists got a huge stretch, did some super hard levering (my 6ft 1.5inch body) and my fingers were having to push hard to.

Feel great this morning but I KNOW this will build my wrists and fingers, would recomend it to anyone. (Can't wait till I can start walking around on my hands...) :rock

i am glad u enjoyed it!

Gymnastics have some wonderfull grip exercices and i am sure u will improve your power and make your goals come true...

That sounds like a good workout. I think you can do something similar with two 5gal. buckets of rice. Open and close your

fingers while your legs are on a chair or sth, and when you get to the bottom, repeat. This works the flexors and extensors.
