Guest rockblaster Posted October 7, 2002 Share Posted October 7, 2002 I know this is off the subject but I started front squatting (I alternate between back and front squats) a month ago and I thought it was interesting that I started with 150 lbs and now I am front squatting 300+lbs! This is the second time in a few days I have had to lock a subject or move it to another forum. Let's stick with the purpose of this forum.
