I know this is off the subject but I started front squatting (I alternate between back and front squats) a month ago and I thought it was interesting that I started with 150 lbs and now I am front squatting 300+lbs!  I have never made that much progress in so little time.  Has this happened to anyone else?

This is a forum dedicated to grip and grip training. This is the second time in a few days I have had to lock a subject or move it to another forum.

Let's stick with the purpose of this forum. There are plenty of other sites to discuss squats, deadlifts, and such.
