Posted April 22, 2008 Share Posted April 22, 2008 Well lately I havent been really logging my grippers after all the saved information on my computer got deleted But just wanted to update you guys with my progress Captains Of Crush Grippers March 13, 2008 - First day of getting CoC Gripper. Closed the Trainer April 2, 2008 - Closed the CoC #1. April 22, 2008 - CoC #1.5 and #2 Arrived. Closed the 1.5 on Second Attempt Been training hard lately and hoping to close the #2 within a month or two. Any suggestions for training methods? I'm fairly new to grip strength training with grippers but I've found that using negative reps works really well. Also make sure that you're training your wrists, thumbs and extensors to maintain parity and strength. Look in the workout routine sections and get ideas from there, theres countless training suggestions, this board is full of them! look at Lessons learned, its a must read ! just remeber there isnt a secret workout tip or routine, it takes hard work. good luck!
