Notus
To those that use table top wrist curls (especially Mr. Horne): Is it feasible to train these by yourself? I tried doing these and managed to rig up a halfway decent way of doing them by myself. I have a power rack and used a bench for the "table". I set the pins on the rack to hold the bar so that I really have to work to squeeze my hands under the bar and then lift the bar off of the pins. This approach worked alright until I got to 300lbs. At that point, even though the degree of flexion at my wrists was the same, the range motion of the bar was almost nonexistent and barely came up off of the pins. I suspect that it had something to do with the flooring under the bench flexing under the weight as I curled the barbell up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to effectively train these alone. Thanks, Elias
Guest mg6680
Sounds like the way you're doing them works pretty good.
