gripparen
Is rolling thunder one of the most important exercises for armwrestling? Why is fingertip strength so important?

Florian Kellersmann
Is rolling thunder one of the most important exercises for armwrestling? Why is fingertip strength so important? Rolling thunder is a good exercise because it trains fingers and wrist at the same time as it is needed in armwrestling. Fingertip strength is good, but not the key in armwrestling in my opinion. dimeisgod
I've seen that if you don't have the finger strength a very weak toproller could take you easily.. its probably the first thing that would fail when someone toprolls you.

You do 1 arm pull ups on a rolling thunder and I would say your going to compete well at an armwrestling tournament.
