Guest NailBender Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 Greetings my fellow gripsters, I'm heading to Fort Worth this morning for the 3rd annual Show of Hands. Me and my oldest son (Shane) are competing for the first time. Bringing some of my grip stuff that I train with to show others. Will also be taking some good pictures to post for you all to see. Bringing along one of my arm wrestling tables at Eric's request. I can almost promise you, I'll be hated tomorrow for bringing it along. I want be arm wrestling much because of my currnet training program for my grip goals, but I will be teaching proper technique to those interested.
