Notus Posted October 6, 2002 Share Posted October 6, 2002 Wannagrip, When you are doing strapholds 5-6 times per week, how many strapholds per hand are you doing each day? Do you vary the volume and do alot on one day and back off for a few or does the daily volume of work stay fairly constant throughout the week?
