Went to K/C last night to pull a super match with a K/C puller Matt Albert very strong guy and a top roller and guess what I tried to top roll with when I should of dropped him in a hook so I got my ass handed to me best 2 out of 3. And lost $100 buck's to boot so got in about 4:30 got up about 9:00 felt like I needed to make myself feel better so I turned on the heat in the garage and got after it. I did a couple of warm up bend's and hit 5/16 CRS 6'' 30 sec's then went to a 5'' piece 5/16 CRS 1 1/2 min's both to 1 1/2 inch spread. And I had the Big Golden from the K/C comp that froze at 90 I crushed it to 1/1/2 spread toke a few hit's and a about 3 min's was real pleased and during all of this I was working my block weight's and my york's blob 85. I got the 85 york left for the first time 3 full pull's got it once right also cleaned and pressed my 80 block left and right 4 or 5 time's since the left was felling good I pulled out the 45 ballard for some hubbing got it left 6 full pull's for the firt time in a while got it right 4 time's plus 5 lb's. So by the end of the session I was felling good about myself agian HAHA got a few P/R's a banner day. :D

Nice work, you took something negative and turned it into a huge positive. Brett

Nice job turning that all around Jason! Sorry about the $100 and the losses though. PRs are sometimes priceless though. Especially a 5/16"X5" CRS!

Nice bends! And nice armwrestling, too, even if this once you lost. I am so bad at it it would take a whole box of bent steel to make me feel better.
