Well, it certainly is a whole lot easier than a Blob50, but I noticed with your thumb placed on the rounded side it's a totally different story. I was able to pass it around my back and and do figure eights with it quite easily, but then I tried to simply deadlift it with my thumb on that more rounded side and couldn't even get air. MARKR Posted April 8, 2008 Share Posted April 8, 2008 Eric I have several Legacy blobs they are like 2 block weights in one, you can warm up using it the easy way and train with it the hard way.I can lift my 42lber with ease but changing my hand postion to thumb on the more rounded part and it will not budge.They get a bad press in terms of using them for grip training but i really like mine and find them useful Mark Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
