Paul Knight
3 1/2" 16d nail through a 3/4" pine board (sells at Home Depot as 1" pine, but it measures at 3/4") w/a washcloth. Kinda fun - easier than it might look - try it and give me some feedback. Tommy D. can do this without much effort. http://www.gripboard.com/uploads/120701574...890_3994893.wmv

Paul Knight
PS. friends 3 1/2" it is length and what is diameter this (16d) nail ? Yes, the lenght is 3.5 inches and I'm not 100% sure the diameter, it seems to be just a hair smaller in diameter than the white nail (3/16) when I hold them side by side - they may even be the same, its hard to tell - if that helps -

Joe - make sure you put the head of the nail at the bottom of your palm where its the hardest (right on the bone) do not put it in the middle of your hand! that looks painful Edited April 10, 2008 by Paul Knight
