Paul Knight
I've been playing with a tennis ball for a couple of weeks now trying to dig a hole in it w/my finger along the seam as John Brookfield suggests - and have gotten nowhere. Has anyone ripped a tennis ball in half? and have any other techniques to share or a video?

Has anyone ripped a tennis ball in half? and have any other techniques to share or a video? i have done this yes, i had a vid on youtube ages ago but dont anymore - the technique i used was to crush the hell out of it with both hands using the finger tips to make a hole an then just pull it apart

Has anyone ripped a tennis ball in half? and have any other techniques to share or a video? ive done it, video is on my old computer that dont turn on though - you have to try to tear it and pry a hole at the same time, but applying all the force through the finger tips >grip it with the fingers on top in the centre (on a seam), tips down, an your thumbs underneath, but just resting on the pads, dont use the thumb to grip at all, then as you apply pressure through the fingers, push up with your thumb pads, locking the ball in your grip, an twist like a wrist curl, with all the force going down through the ball (via the fingers) hard to explain without showing you in person, but this is how i did it - took me a few failures too
