i was out drinking today and some friends challenged me to armwrestling. and i know i do much more than these guys at bicepcurls, wristcurls . reverse preachercurls . but still i couldnt get their hand down. they moved my hand alot. but never down to the table. i know im much stronger than them but i cant move their arm when in that position.. help! :p :blush

btw. tried switching from toproll to hook but it made no difference :(

What do yo mean by "down"? Were you on a bar or regular table and were you trying to get them FLAT to the table top? And were you keeping your body straight up and down? If so, the last few inches can be near impossible. Its turns into, locking bicep against pushing tricep. The Bicep is much stronger.

i cant get their hand past the starting position :( was a regular table. i was sitting and my opponents where standing. so i couldnt lean cause their was some

guys sitting next to me

There is a tremendous more leverage advantage when standing versus sitting. Plus AW is a static sport were you lock your upper body and lean to the left. If someone was sitting there you were at a big disadvantage. Try the same guy while both standing and room to move. I bet you do much better.
