Knockle pushups...

most of you probably already know about this exercise, but I had never tried it without the thumbs before last night, and I feel unusual soreness in my forearms today. I feel it really works the wrists. Much harder than the fist pushups.

I imagine people involved in martial arts know about this one, as I guess it should really help maintaining the wrist straight in a strike.

Anyway just thought I would share this.
