deer
I have 5 10's that I taped together. Two of them are Caps and three are Fitness Gear plates. The Caps are 7/8 in thick and the Fitness Gear are 1 1/16. I was surprised by the size difference. One of the Fitness gear plates was given to me and it is 1/4 in shorter than the other 2. I was wondering what kind of variations you see with other plate brands or even between the same brand.
climber511
I have a lot of plates of various types - sizes vary quite a bit between them all. Height, thickness, hole size, everything.
DAN PRAYDIS
standard brand gray plates are 13/16 thick. And five of them are four inches wide good for pinch lifting .
egg_uk
my bodypower plates are 20mm, so the same as Dan's
deer
Thanks for the replies. My 5 10's are about 5 inches wide. It's definetly wider than I am used to pinching. One of the hubs is a little high. It doesn't fit together tight. I guess that will help my training though.
vikingsrule92
I have 3 pairs of tens, 1 rubber and 2 metal. The two metal pairs don't fit together at all. They're all different heights, textures, and thicknesses. I can get air under Aaron's 5-10s but can barely get my 4 to lockout.
