Razorman Posted September 22, 2002 Share Posted September 22, 2002 Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I've been training forearm and grip 2x week - should I be training this more often? I find closing the gripper (CoC - gotta love it) quite tricky after using the Thor's hammer and pinch grip exercises. Should I train grip before forearm? Forearm before grip? Mjoynt Posted September 22, 2002 Share Posted September 22, 2002 In my opinion, people get results with varying frequencies of grip training. As far as the grippers, I dedicate Saturdays exclusively to my grippers. Other grip work is done after my full body work on Sunday and Wednesday. On those days, I do Wrist/Forearm work before grip.
