Guest mg6680
In looking at some of the photos and posts I see a some of you lift the RT with a perpendicular hand position. The two workouts I've done have been with a parallel hand position. Someone mentioned the parallel hand position is a harder version of the lift - why? Mind you I haven't tried the perpendicular style, but I just wanted to know the advantages. Thanks, Morgan
Guest Mikael Siversson
Using the perpendicular style, one can lift the handle with a somewhat bent arm and a more advantageous wrist angle. It is considerably harder to use wrist power to aid in the lift if the handle is held parallel to the torso.
