odin Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 Looked easy for you Aaron! :rock I notice we have different techniques, I haven't tried lifting blobs that way before (pronated position vs. my style of thumb facing ankle). I've noticed many, perhaps most people do it the same way you do and have always wondered if it works the hand in a different way-but never remember to try it in training.
