New Way?

In the last months I've read a lot our forum and "Info about Legends" a part there is not so

enough info about the real AW. (i like the legends story... don't get misunderstand)

I find a lot of suggestion to a someone dubt/problem or question like "If I'm

weak here..." or... "how can I train than kind of pull...."

NOTHING IS WRONG but what I'm trying to explain is.... there is not a real guide to

"How to train" or "How to armwrestle" at least HOW TO START in our

sport (train and technique). As you all know the AW is a movement out of the

ordinary...

An example:

A guy want to try to armwrestle... and of course want to try with the strongest guy:

naturally he could not move him on the table so he ask us how to train... :blink

I know the basics FOR ME but I don't know if those are the best for all...

I think when we are at the beginning there are some exercises to build the AW strength

on a table AND in a gym...... in a second time (when someone has a good feelings with table/technique)

anyone can feel what's the best for him.....only table... gym and table...etc...

IMHO

At a level above I don't know if it's possible to understand the angles or the

right position or the right training on wrote words... I think the best way is to pratice

with someone experienced like Bob Brown or John Brzenk and ask to him the right questions...

Unfortunately I'm in Italy and I can't train because I have some problems but I think the table

with someone who explain to you how to armwrestle is the key. :bow

A good thing could be also some FREE video (i've paid too much lately...) where someone explain

his training so "who knows" can say what's good or not... naturally this is applicable also on the

table techniques. :help

I know it's too difficult to judge a technique by a video but i think we have no future without

info exchange.

Now you can burn me for my english... :blush

:flame

HAPPY NEW YEAR.... I wish you all the best (PULLING) for the 2008!! :rock
