Congrats on your closing the #2! thanks mate as i said, all ive been doing is thickbar farmers walks with dumbbells that have a 2 inch handles with 40kg, i have been doing these 3 times a week. i have been using a 56ld scale weight for swings and pinch work and plenty of sledge work.....all this seems to have paid off. boland Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
