lloyd80s Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 If you buy a packet (or two) of Blue-Tac and roll it all together it maks a great ball for squeezing. It can be used for Rehab, warm down or for a great thumb pad burn. Just squeeze the ball gently for rehab and warm downs but if you want to work your thumbs, try pinching the ball with your thumb and index finger for a few minutes.....gets a really good burn going.
