I don't know if I did them right, or what I was doing, but I was able to get 110's for a couple each arm... I am not sure if that is good? I will upload the video in a little bit. Put the Dumbbell on the table. Put you Elbow on the table. Grab the dumbbell. Now lift it with any means necessary. and yes thats a good lift.
