NEGS!!! Overcrushes and strapholds on a lighter gripper.

overcrushes on the 2.5 should help or just hold it closed till failure...

thanks

Hold the #2.5 til failure (overcrush), and do negs on the #3

How exactly do you do a neg on a gripper?? just open it slowly?

You get the gripper as far as you can with a regular set, then force it closed with your other hand or leg, then try to keep it closed and let it open as little as possible until you can't do it anymore then obviously you stop, and repeat after a break.

I hope this makes sense.

So it is kind of like an overcrush, but you cheat to get it to the middle?

Yeah sort of. Except with an overcrush it's all the way closed, with a neg most of the time it'll open up AT LEAST a little bit.
