southpaw83 Posted December 24, 2007 Share Posted December 24, 2007 im pretty close to closing the coc 3... about .25 of an inch away. i've been doing the 25 lb blob for time, sledgehammer and standing front wrist curl with a thick bar. any ideas of something more i can do to get that extra umph and just close this b*#@# once and for all? You get the gripper as far as you can with a regular set, then force it closed with your other hand or leg, then try to keep it closed and let it open as little as possible until you can't do it anymore then obviously you stop, and repeat after a break.
