15 Reps On My Two

got 12 with the left. i hold on to my wrist when i was doing them. and i clicked the 2.5 couple times (holding on to my wrist) what you guys think. is that cheating. will i can still do the 2.5 with out holding the wrist. not bad hey. and i hardly trained all year, except for the sledge hammer, wonder if it is all the grappling i have been doing. no gi, sure get a tremendous pump on your lower forearms and fingers.

oh and i have been swinging my sledge for awhile now, i can manage to curl the 50 pounder for few reps, keeping the hammer pretty straight. helped alot with my strength and endurance for grappling. john was right on the money

any video of someone holding his wrist?

i think it helps but never tried it though:-)
