kelby
got 12 with the left. i hold on to my wrist when i was doing them. and i clicked the 2.5 couple times (holding on to my wrist) what you guys think. is that cheating. will i can still do the 2.5 with out holding the wrist. not bad hey. and i hardly trained all year, except for the sledge hammer, wonder if it is all the grappling i have been doing. no gi, sure get a tremendous pump on your lower forearms and fingers. kelby
oh and i have been swinging my sledge for awhile now, i can manage to curl the 50 pounder for few reps, keeping the hammer pretty straight. helped alot with my strength and endurance for grappling. john was right on the money
amaury
Seems pretty good to me Why not trying without holding your wrist though?
pdfk20
never heard of someone holding their wrist as an aid for closing grippers, how come you do it?
amaury
Pete i think it helps. If memory serves, John B. managed to close a #4 in this fashion, but couldn't close it without holding his wrist.
