Great work Jim! Are you the same size as Mark Henry? Congrats on a tremendous feat!

Cheers Scott

I think that most that have deadlifted it have also cleaned it? Wade, Phister for example?

It was more of a high lift and curl than an explosive clean :blush. As you know I have a little trouble standing up in Dave's cellar!

Paul

I am nowhere near Mark's size. 6' 3" 215lb.

To those merry souls of other days- who again will make drinking a pleasure- who acheive contentment long before capacity- and who- whatever they may drink- prove able to carry it- and enjoy it- and remain gentlemen.

Very nice work Jim!  Congrats!  That's the last time I bring my toys over to your house to play!  :p

BC.

The cure for boredom is curiousity. There is no cure for curiousity.

It's 50 lbs in weight. It was a real easy lift, and this was after a lot of deadlifts with it. It was then that I pursuaded him to have a go at cleaning it.
