Mitch1963
It looked very easy for him. I am sure he could curl them also.
unequipped
sorry.video-dummy at work. take this: He is welcome to pull weeds at my place anytime. Just kidding, he has great natural talent! Did you have him try anything else? Achim is a pure benchpresser, like me (but I am keen to become a grip-athlet now too). There are these two old 20 kg-plates in his weightlifting-club. so he tried this from time to time. but never he did do grip-exercises. Yesterday I played a bit rolling thunder with him too, but is was very hard for him, to lift 60 kg. nice to see, that i could beat a big guy, who can deadlift 400 kg. my back is very weak, dl with 160 kg would be very hard for me right now. gripfeats are very tricky for the most "normal" athletes. hope, you will understand my poor english. unequipped
Hi, Burkhard, Yes. Old BERG-Plates. There are some YORK-plates too, but they have not the right hub for pinching.
