GarytheDino
This my new kettlebell. A 24K with 20 pounds bolted to the bottom for a total of 33 kilos. I'm thinking about getting a 40 kilo next. I would think with the weight on the bottom that it's slightly more difficult than a fixed one, which shouldn't be as bottom heavy. This was my first bottom up heavy workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHeP61USyJE Edited December 9, 2007 by GarytheDino

GarytheDino
I think I'm good for 36k now, but since they are so expensive I'll probably go with a 40k so I have something to work for. I can do abottomup clean with that much now, counting the bolted on weight.
