Progress at last

I took the advice from a few peeps here and started training my grippers 5-6 days a week, multiple times a day.  Basically I'll warm my hands in hot water, a few on the trainer, then hit the 3 for 1-3 singles.  When I first came to the board I had about 3/4" left.  I'm down to 1/2" now on a good day.  Thanks!

This is pretty specific training for me to close the 3 so I haven't really been adding any other grip work to my routine.  When you all train like this do you do any pinching, thick bar, etc?  If so, how do you incorperate it into your routine?  Thanks,
