Guest squeezer Posted September 4, 2002 Share Posted September 4, 2002 I'm interested in grip/lower arm strength not for it's own sake, or for a strongman competition, but for a strong softball swing and the occasional need to swing a hammer around the house. underdawg Posted September 4, 2002 Share Posted September 4, 2002 i'd say hammer levering would be the main excercise for you. it'll really strengthen your wrists. power holds with a 2" bar would also help your grip endurance, so that you can hold on to that hammer for a while.
