Guest mg6680 Posted August 31, 2002 Share Posted August 31, 2002 My buddy is holding a small grip competition at the Jungle Gym Portland, Oregon (5623 SE Center) on Sept 29th, 2002. Entry fee is $5. Lifts will include: IM hub and block lifts; COC 1, 2 and 3 attempts; and and Rolling Thunder lift. A final event will be a timed hold on the Hammer Strength trap machine.
