It is called "Basic Scrolling" and is taught by Erik "HAMMERHEAD" Vining of the Gripboard and Dennis Rogers. The DVD covers everything from selection of stock and bar prep, all the way up to demonstrations of Erik's signature "infinity twist" in a HUGE flat bar and Dennis' "S" bending of a 10" adjustable wrench! Getting the opertunity to witness those two feats alone are well worth the price of the DVD in my opinion, plus it's packed with extremely usefull information on how to get into position for the highest safety and efficiency while performing these feats. Erik also lets out some of his secret exercises that he has used to build his incredable explosive power.
