Sorins Grip Gallery / Museum ?

Recommended Posts

In June I will be going to a BIG Nissan Titan Truck Meet in Raleigh NC and wanted to try to see Richard Sorins outfit which I think is in SC ??? I suppose I could just PM Richard ... but I could have sworn he had like a Grip Gallery/Collection of sorts with antique and rare grippers at his business facility ?

Has anyone gotten to see this Gallery yet ? I had the pleasure of not only meeting Richard and Bert at an AOBS dinner, but my wife and I were seated at the same table with him and a guy by the name of Stainless Steel (or something like that ?) lol

I noticed that Dennis Rogers on his Odd Bar Bending DVD mentions this mans name and said he is one the the best long bar benders in the world. I also remember Richard handing me a Gripper with an Orange tag on it that was a beast. Not sure if it was the 1st #3 COC he closed that made him the 1st on the list, or if it was the Phantom (one of 3 only grippers), unless the Phanton is the #3 he closed ? I still dont know what the Phanton really is ?

Sorry for the novel ...... just hoping to get with Ricahrd and see this outfit in the flesh.
