I didn't mean to make that sound like a command... I'm 15 and I weigh 148lbs. I can close the #1 six times in my right and two in my left. And i'm about parrallel on the 2. Jett Posted August 30, 2002 Share Posted August 30, 2002 16 years old 6' 0" 196lbs Left: trainer, 1 and 1/2ths an inch from 2 Right: trainer, 1 and 2 for 1 rep usually, (got 6 reps in an hour once) Started training grippers about 8 months ago, kinda slipped during the summer and just now starting to get back in the groove. I'm just assuming that I can close the 1 since I can close the 2 with my right and pretty close with my left, Ive never tried one. Kinda sucks though because I'll be 17 september 9th... ???
