Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself... I've recently become obssessed with developing my grip strength, so I can't even begin to tell you my excitement when I found this board. A whole group of people just like me!

Anyhow, I've just begun training grip strength last week, right now my focus is on closing the #2 COC, I can close the #1 around 8-10 times on my right hand, and around 5-6 on my left.

Aside from grip training, my lifting routine is based around Bill Starr's 5x5, for anyone who is familiar.

I'm looking very much forward to reading the board here, posting, and most of all learning from all of you grip-masters, thank you for all the help in advance!!

Welcome to an awesome place. Sounds like you have a pretty decent base to work with. Don't ever hesitate to ask questions. that's the only way to learn and improve. Good luck to you.
