pdfk20 Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 Lifted 20kg today and it felt easy, so thought i'd put 21kg on camera, here it is: Lost it a little bit on the way down, and one of the plates leapt up in the air and practically hit me in the face.
